Warehouse Audit Checklist

Keeping a warehouse safe and efficient is a big undertaking. And it requires a standardized approach. This checklist makes it easier to find and fix issues by breaking down the warehouse into several major sections:

• Equipment
• Hazardous materials
• Emergency preparedness

The goal for this audit is to answer the questions with a “yes.” If any of the answers are “no,” that means you have an area that you can improve. Use the notes section at the bottom of the template to jot down action items you need to schedule for the future or implement right away.
