E-Learning Developer

We’re looking for a part-time eLearning developer to help update and build out our library of online courses, including interactive multimedia and quizzes.

What You’ll Do
- We’re looking for an experienced eLearning developer to author and update health and safety-related online courses used in our Learning Management System (LMS) software.
- Use course editor software to create multimedia training materials in SCORM format.
- Research rules and regulations from OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other agencies.
- This is a part-time consultant role, which can be done remotely from any location and with flexible scheduling.
Skills You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience authoring online training courses.
- Experience with Articulate or other software tools for creating SCORM courses.
- Ability to research and summarize government rules and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Full Stack ASP.Net VB Software Developer

As a member of the engineering team, you’ll help us develop and enhance our SaaS platform, working directly with company leadership and customers to make software our users rely on.
The right candidate has a range of experience in the web stack and is comfortable working from Javascript down to SQL. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teammates and have ownership over feature implementation end-to-end. What You’ll Do
- We’re looking for an experienced Software Developer to be a critical member of our development team.
- All members of our development team support our existing applications as well as work on developing new applications and enhancements.
Skills You’ll Need
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or demonstrated equivalent skills.
- 4+ years programming experience with VB.NET (using the ASP.NET and ADO.NET components of .NET Framework 3.5+)
- Experienced in SQL Server 2008/2012 (including database design, T-SQL, SQL server performance tuning, query optimization, stored procedures, triggers, indexes and query plan)
- Experience with Javascript, JQuery, JSON, REST, CSS3 and Bootstrap
- Some experience with SSO, AD, OAuth, SAML, JWT and Azure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a Sales Development Associate, you’ll contact prospective customers, identify qualified leads, and working directly with Frontline’s VP of Sales.

What You’ll Do
- We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Development professional to help us fill the top of the sales funnel.
- Call on prospective clients using an existing list of targeted prospects.
- Educate prospects about our software and understand how it fits their needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings between potential clients and Frontline’s VP of Sales.
- Use CRM software to manage prospects and track activity.
Skills You’ll Need
- 2+ years of sales experience with high-value services/products, calling on enterprise customers.
- Successful track record of generating qualified leads in an inside sales role.
- Resourcefulness and persistence to reach Director-level prospects in large organizations.
- Ability to listen to customer needs as well as educate them on the benefits of partnering with Frontline, through a consultative sales approach.
- Bachelor’s degree.

EHS Advisor (Part-Time/Contractor)

What You’ll Do
- We’re looking for an EHS Manager / Process Safety Engineer with experience in the chemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries to help guide our software and content development.
- Provide feedback to Frontine’s software engineering team on features under development and provide recommendations for new features.
- Help Frontline’s marketing team produce relevant articles, blog entries, and whitepapers by providing notes and outlines.
- This is a part-time consultant role, which can be done remotely from any location and with flexible scheduling.
Skills You’ll Need
- 5+ years of directing and executing EHS (HSE) and process safety programs.
- Experience in the chemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience with Management of Change, P&IDs, PHAs, and other process safety management (PSM) standards.
