Toolbox Talk Form
Consistent training on safety topics is an essential component of any EHS plan. The goal of a toolbox topic is to dive deeper into a specific area of the process or business with your team.
Before you start talking about your chosen topic, however, it’s a good idea to prepare an outline of what you want to cover.
This simple form allows you to do just that, by breaking down your toolbox talk information into three main categories:
- Key points you want to make
- Questions you want to ask your team
- Corrective actions you may have after the talk is over
Use this form to compile all your toolbox talks and save the outlines for future use. Documenting your discussions over time makes it easier to present talks efficiently without having to do all the preparation beforehand.
