A hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) plan outlines the procedures, equipment, and control measures you will use to ensure the safety of food products. This template covers the following areas:
- Critical control points (CCPs)
- Critical limits
- Monitoring procedures
- Corrective actions
- Verification steps
In addition to the information above, your HACCP plan should include information regarding your site and your production processes. While our template is in chart format, it is not a requirement.
