Spill Response Plan Template

Spills and accidental release pose major health, safety, and environmental concerns. That’s why you need a plan for what to do if one happens at your site.

The best EHS plans are site-specific because they give much more actionable guidance to the people in charge of incident response. Nevertheless, it does help to have a template to get started.

This plan template is designed to be a basic outline, but we highly recommend that you customize it to include site-specific details. The template prompts you to fill in things like site contact information, emergency service provider details, required cleanup PPE, and more.

The more detailed information you provide in your plan, the better prepared you are to handle a spill or release and control the outcome.
