Eyewash Station Inspection Form

Eyewash stations are often neglected, making them completely useless in case of an emergency. A simple inspection each week is all you need to ensure that employees have access to fresh water in case of an emergency.

Oftentimes, unchecked eyewash stations can become contaminated. A common source of contamination is corroded plumbing, which can happen if you don’t check the water source frequently.

Make this form part of your standard work so that you don’t end up with an inoperable station. If you have any action items as the result of your inspection, don’t forget to assign them and track their completion.
