To ensure that your investment in our products exceeds your expectations, Frontline Data Solutions offers training, implementation service, data migration, integration services, content development, and hosting service.
Training is offered on-site for all of our products. Note that the training is required for Administrators only; the normal user interface is simplified to the point that no training is required. Depending on the products selected, training lasts 1 to 3 days and includes hands-on training on a practice site that is an identical copy of your live site. Implementation
service ensures that your investment in our software products yield maximum returns in the shortest amount of time. We will set up your users in a proper organization structure with some basic elements configured to make sure that you can use the software products immediately. We provide a blank template that you can fill-in with your organization structure and user data.
For LMS customers, we pre-install the Course Library. For MOC and ACT customers, we provide industry-standard forms and checklists that can be modified to suit the customers’ needs.

Data migration is important
to those of our customers who are currently using database applications
similar to our product line. In this case, a lot of the information such as users, training records, curriculums, tests,
MOCs and Action Items can be migrated into our software. Data can also be
imported from spreadsheets.
Our programmers are experienced in migrating data from any database. We have imported several gigabytes of data for some customers
with records going back to the 1980s.
Integration services include interfacing with your existing HR application and/or Document Management system. Using TrainingMine Web Services, we can interface with people data (names, user status, user IDs, organization units, job titles, etc.) in your enterprise HR and keep data current in TrainingMine automatically.
If your HR application does not support Web Services, we can update TrainingMine automatically using nightly text file transfers and automatic database updates.
We can also interface with any Document or Content Management system (such
as Microsoft SharePoint) that you currently use. TrainingMine allows you to use any electronic document as training content
and MOC/ACT attachments. If such content is managed by a Document Management system, then a
seamless interface to this system is an important component of our integration and implementation services.
Content development is another service we offer. Content here refers to online courses for TrainingMine LMS, and forms/checklists for MOC and ACT products.
To create content for LMS, you can use TrainingMine's built-in Authoring tool. You can also use an existing course from the built-in
Course Library. Any course can be edited and localized as necessary.
If you do not have resources to create training courses, you can outsource
this task to us. You simply provide us the content as a Microsoft Word or PowerPoint file and our experienced authors will create courses that contain text, pictures, video and professional audio on a style sheet of your choice. The courses are created using TrainingMine or any popular 3rd party Authoring tool. Such courses are fully compatible with TrainingMine or any standards conformant learning management system.
The MOC and ACT software has a built-in web-based form design software that you can use to create any kind of form or checklist. We can also provide resources to develop forms and checklists during implementation phase.
Hosting service for our web-based enterprise-level database software applications is available through two options.
- Internet Solution: In this case, Application and Database Servers are completely managed by Frontline Data Solutions. You can be set up to use our applications in a few days.
- Intranet Solution (two options are offered):
- Servers owned and operated by Frontline
- Servers owned and operated by the customer
In either case, the application and attached database is completely managed by Frontline.
Most of our customers use our hosting service as this guarantees 24x7 availability of our applications to your users worldwide.
All Frontline Data Solutions' websites and servers are hosted in world class Data Centers with state-of-the-art security, redundancy and bandwidth capabilities.
