Training

Frontline Data Solutions offers on-site training on all its products. Note that the training is for Administrators only; the normal user or learner interface is simplified to the point that no training is required. Depending on the product selected, training lasts 1 – 3 days and includes hands-on training from an identical practice site containing your data. The following is typical:

TrainingMine LMS: 1 – 3 days; 2 days is typical; includes Authoring tool training.
Management Of Change (MOC): 1 day
Action Tracking (ACT): 1 day
Carrier Bidding System (CBS): 1 day

Training is conducted using agendas that include hours of hands-on training on the practice site that is an identical copy of your live site. Contact us if you would like to preview a typical training agenda.

Implementation Service

Our implementation services ensure that your investment in TrainingMine yields full returns. In this phase, we ensure that all your learners are set up in a proper organization structure and some basic curriculum structure to make sure training is available to them as soon as they log on. The curriculum structure is set-up such that you can easily add to the initially set-up training. We provide a blank template that you can fill-in with your user and curriculum information. We then transfer the data to your instance of TrainingMine. This allows a quicker implementation and faster return on your investment in TrainingMine. Data Migration

A majority of our customers have used an electronic Learning Management System in the past. In this case, a lot of data such as users, training records, curriculums and tests can be migrated into TrainingMine. Our programmers are experienced in importing data from any database. We have imported several gigabytes of data for some customers, with training records going back to the 1980’s.

Integration Services

Integration services include interfacing with your existing HR application and/or Document Management system. Using TrainingMine Web Services, we can interface with people data (names, user status, user IDs, organization units, job titles, etc.) in your enterprise HR and keep data current in TrainingMine automatically.

If your HR application does not support Web Services, we can update TrainingMine automatically using nightly text file transfers and automatic database updates.

We can also interface with any Document Management system you currently use. TrainingMine allows you to use any electronic document as training content; if such documents are managed by a Document Management system, then such an interface is an important component of our integration and implementation services.

Courseware Development Service

To create content, you can use TrainingMine's built-in Authoring tool. You can also use an existing course from the built-in Course Library; any module can be edited and localized if necessary.

If you do not have resources to create training modules, you can outsource to us at very reasonable prices. You simply provide us the content as Microsoft Word or PowerPoint file and our experienced authors will create modules that contain text, pictures, video and professional audio on a style sheet of your choice. The modules are created using TrainingMine or any popular 3rd party Authoring tool. They are fully-compatible with TrainingMine or any standards-conformant Learning Management System.

Hosting Service

There are two options available to host TrainingMine:

1. Internet Solution: In this case, Application Servers are completely managed by
    Frontline Data Solutions. You can be set up to use TrainingMine in a few days.

2. Intranet Solution (two options are offered):
    a. Servers owned and operated by FLDS
    b. Servers owned and operated by the Customer

In either case, the application is completely managed by FLDS.

Most FLDS customers make use of its hosting service, as FLDS can then guarantee 24x7 availability of TrainingMine to all your learners worldwide.

All Frontline Data Solutions' Web-sites and Servers are hosted in world class Data Centers with state-of-the-art security, redundancy and bandwidth capabilities. These Data Centers have the following features:

• Owned and operated by large publicly-owned telecom service providers with fully
   peered facilities-based Tier One service
• High speed Internet connectivity via fully redundant metro fiber network
• 10Gbps of provisioned capacity to over 200 public and private peering partners
   that provides faster content delivery (low latency) and increased reliability (high

• 24x7 Server and TrainingMine site monitoring
